Managing Partner

Jean Marie Domond, as an outstanding work field experience. His contribution in Managing the firm is priceless. He is the principal partner and Manager of the firm. His vision for the future makes him one of the best to guide the destiny of the firm. His major and principal responsibility is to connect the firm to the outside business world looking for services. He  will perform quality control review of work performed in the field by team members of the firm. Mr. Domond will assure that the work is complete with high professional standards and that deadlines are respected.

Mr. Domond has over fifteen years experience in public and private accounting and auditing.  He has evaluated internal controls of various companies and performed audits of financial statements and NGO grants and provided internal operational auditing of these grantees.   On the accounting side, he has performed accounts reconciliations and analysis and the accounting needs for all kind of grants, as well as preparation of financial statements and overseeing day-to-day operations.

Mr. Domond is the general partner of the firm Domond & Associates. He is the General Manager and also works as project manager. He oversees all the firm partners and employees, review employees performances, review all audit files with other managers, acts as contact for clients and board of directors and participates in shareholders meeting.

JEAN YVES DELISKA FABRE, CPAH
Audit Manager

Jean Yves Deliska Fabre, a respected Audit Manager has responsibility for executing the project. He has almost twenty years of accounting and public accounting experience. He has extensive experience in supervising and managing staff auditors in the field. Prior to becoming partner in Domond & Associates, Mr. Fabre had an outstanding track record of accomplishments in conducting financial and performance audits.

 Mr. Fabre’s work covers analysis, control cost, revenues, financial commitments and obligations incurred to project future revenues and expenses using computers.  He has prepared audit plans and audit programs and managed teams performing accounting and auditing tasks; audited contracts and prepared reports to substantiate transactions prior to settlement; recorded financial transactions and other account information to update and process; and  processed negotiable instruments such as checks and vouchers.

Mr. Fabre has compiled reports and tables to show statistics related to cash receipts, expenditures, accounts payable and receivable, and profit and loss. He has performed financial calculations in connection with accounts payable and receivables, discounts, equity and principle; and verified balances and entries, calculations, and postings recorded by other employees. He meets regularly with clients to discuss contract requirements; reviews and supervises employees work papers; and control employee’s timesheets ensuring consistency with budgeted. He has prepared financial statements in accordance with to GAAP and prepared management letters and other client correspondence in accordance with COSO. He also has management responsibility for human resources issues.

JEAN RONALD AUGUSTIN, CPAH
Branch Manager

Jean Ronald Augustin has more than nine years experience in accounting with solid background in financial accounting and cost accounting. He is experienced in handling foreign currency transactions, translation of foreign financial statements; and skilled in developing and implementing standardized policies and procedures. He is well experienced in handling external audit and tax matters. He also has experience in human resources aspects and employee relations improvement. He speaks fluently French, English, Creole, Spanish (average) and has worked in multinational business environments. With high leadership capacity, he is able to work under pressure to meet deadline and produce reports with high degree of accuracy.

Coming from different horizon, Mr. Augustin complete the staff of partner of Domond & Associés, by his competence and experience. Well known and well respect of the market, Mr. Augustin has an unbelievable experience and sense of organization. He is the recruiting Partner for the firm. Having working as Human Resources Manager for many years, he is able to recognize and to hire the good professional we need for our firm to grow. Mr. Augustin is an priceless asset for the firm.
